Payments

We currently accept payments in UK Pounds and Euros. Payments for our products on this web site are made through the credit and debit card transaction processing company WorldPay. Shipping

  • Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. Delivery is usually within 5 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
  • The price shown for the goods includes UK VAT and postage & packing. Orders outside of the UK may incur extra shipping charges to match the applicable postage rates for the destination.

Returns

  • You have seven (7) working days from the receipt of your order in which to cancel and seek a complete refund. After this period refunds are at the discretion of Great Performance Ltd.
  • Please contact us for help on how to cancel an order. Do this via the Contact Us page.
  • Please first send us an email to advise you intend to return the goods indicating when and why the goods are being returned. Do this via the Contact Us page.
  • Refunds exclude return post and packing charges.
  • Great Performance Ltd are not responsible for lost or mis-directed returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Faulty goods will be exchanged without question but time is sometimes needed to make a detailed assessment to ensure a fault exists.
  • Returns are evaluated for re-salability when returned. This takes up to two weeks particulary if it is reported to not be counting steps correctly. We need time to evaluate returns and when satisfied make a refund. It is not an instanteneous procedure.
  • Returns will be credited to the same card used for purchase. Email notification of the refund is made to the same email address used for the order.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to despatch a pedometer that does not match the images presented on our web site. This is rare and only happens when the manufacturer undergoes rebranding of their range. The internal mechanisms, accuracy and quality of the product supplied are not effected by differrent branding and presentation of the Yamax product.
